Microsoft® Outlook Express Help

A common problem that causes Outlook Express to crash involves the .dbx files. These files are used to store your emails, these can be damaged or set to read only. If these are the problem check all the files. To do this Start -> Find -> Files and Folders, in the Containing text box type .dbx and click find, right click and select properties and disable the Read Only check box. Close Outlook Express and move these files to another location, then reopen it Warning: The emails in these files will no longer appear in Outlook express.
